We collect your contact information, and other necessary personal information, mostly from what you provide, and occasionally from other people you know. Information held is relevant to each individual client case. We use it to communicate with you and/or to assist and keep record of your therapy sessions, under the legal basis of Consent, and/or Legitimate Interest.

Whether paper or electronic, your information is stored securely and carefully, and only used in connection with my work with you. Only occasionally I may send you news relating to my work. It is only shared confidentially, and only if necessary, with staff or those only in connection with my work. We will not pass on any of your information to third parties, without your permission, or unless legally required to do so.

By contacting “Well Naturally!” you are providing Consent for holding and processing your data. You can ask to rectify or update your information, or withdraw Consent at any time. You can ask us to restrict, transfer or object to processing of your information. You can ask us to erase your information in certain circumstances or request a copy of the information we hold on you and we will send this to you within one month free of charge.

We are legally required to keep your information for at least 7 years. Disposal of all personal data is done securely. It is important that the information I hold on you is accurate, so please inform me of any changes asap.
